Core StarCozi practices for intentional living
Embrace your comfort zone
Rather than pushing yourself to step outside your comfort zone, StarCozi advocates for occupying your experienced space with confidence. My teachings: that you’ve worked hard to get where you are, and there’s wisdom in honoring that journey rather than constantly seeking discomfort for growth.
Practice New Year, Same Me
StarCozi challenges the traditional new year, new me mentality by encouraging you to return to who you truly are but with the added value of lived experiences and wisdom. This practice involves accepting your authentic self rather than constantly trying to become someone different.
Curate your life intentionally
StarCozi living emphasizes that you can curate your life as an active practice. This means consciously choosing what deserves your attention and energy, similar to how a museum curator selects pieces for an exhibition. You become the deliberate architect of your daily experiences.
Mindfulness and pace practices
Slow, deep living
StarCozi teaches that balance is achieved by slow, deep living and doing while taking care of the things you have little control over. This involves deliberately choosing depth over speed in your daily activities and relationships.
Reclaim your social capital
StarCozi warns that the world’s need for speed disrupts your precious social capital. To counter this, StarCozi recommends learning from creating new patterns that honor your natural rhythm rather than society’s demanded pace.
Evening reflection and stargazing
StarCozi encourages looking up at the stars at night to finally dream, breathe, recalibrate, no longer live in fear. This practice combines cosmic awareness with personal reflection as a way to maintain perspective and inner peace.
Identity and purpose practices
Recognize the voice in your head
A fundamental StarCozi practice involves understanding that the voice in your head is not your identity. This awareness helps you distinguish between your authentic self and the internal narrator that often creates anxiety and self doubt.
Star in your own movie
The platform teaches that you are the star of your own movie where you write, produce each scene and you can change the script anytime you want. This practice involves taking creative control of your narrative rather than letting others write your story.
Plan your escape
StarCozi recommends that when you need to plan - plan your escape. This doesn’t mean physical escape, but rather creating mental and emotional space away from external pressures and influences.
Wellness and being practices
Shine from the inside out
Rather than focusing on external validation, StarCozi emphasizes shining from the inside out. This practice involves cultivating inner contentment and allowing that to naturally radiate outward.
Use your gifts to give back
I encourage using your gifts to give back as a way of finding purpose and connection. This practice helps you move beyond self focus toward meaningful contribution.
Embrace being is progress
This means you don’t always need to be actively doing or achieving. Sometimes the most intentional act is simply existing peacefully in the present moment.
Practical daily applications
Resist performance pressure
I help you recognize that the construct (myth) that there’s a constant need to produce results and perform has a way of manifesting as fear. Practicing awareness of this pressure allows you to make more intentional choices about when to engage and when to rest.
Find your pace
StarCozi emphasizes that speed isn’t always better, risk taking is overrated and encourages you to practice self leadership and find your pace. This involves tuning into your natural rhythms rather than forcing yourself to match external expectations.
Let go of fitting In
The practice of letting go of trying to fit in allows you to live more authentically. StarCozi teaches that you become unique the moment you stop trying to be like everyone else.
These practices work together to create what StarCozi calls living away from the noise, a peaceful, intentional way of being that prioritizes authenticity over achievement and depth over speed.
