Unbecoming guide Summer session

9 week journey of deep and slow living

Summer teaches us about ripening, about the natural unfolding that happens without force. The sun doesn’t strain to shine; the flowers don’t struggle to bloom. In this season of abundance and warmth, we too can learn to release our grip on who we think we should be and allow ourselves to simply exist, to be present, to unfold naturally.

Unbecoming is not about losing yourself, it’s about finding yourself beneath all the accumulated expectations, personas, and performances. It’s about returning to your essence, your dharma, your natural way of being in the world.

Throughout your 9-week journey, consider incorporating these gentle daily practices -

Morning: Begin each day with three conscious breaths and the question: How do I want to be today? (not do, but be)

Midday: Pause for a moment of presence. Notice your breath, your body, your surroundings without trying to change anything.

Evening: Before sleep, acknowledge one way you were authentically yourself today and one thing you’re grateful to release.

Weekly: Choose one day for complete rest from productivity, optimization, and improvement.

Remember that unbecoming is not about becoming better but about becoming more authentically yourself.

The Unbecoming Guide: A 9-Week Journey to Authentic Living

Perhaps you don’t need to become anything. What if it’s about unbecoming everything that’s not really you?

Welcome to your journey of unbecoming. This guide is designed for the conscious, curious, creative modern woman who is ready to slow down, reconnect with her authentic self, and embrace wonderfully boring, deeply meaningful living.

In a world obsessed with becoming more, doing more, and being more, this guide offers a radical alternative: the art of unbecoming. Through 9 carefully crafted weekly modules, you’ll learn to shed the layers of expectation, conditioning, and external validation that have obscured your true self.

Week 9

speed is not the answer

This is not about becoming a better person. This is not about optimizing yourself or achieving some ideal state of unbecome-ness. This is about the radical act of being human in a world that often asks us to be anything but.

The goal is not to complete this course perfectly or to have profound insights every day. The goal is simply to show up, to be curious about your own experience, and to practice the gentle art of letting go of who you think you should be.

Speed is not the answer.

Presence is.

Authenticity is.

The courage to be imperfectly, ordinarily, beautifully human - that is the answer.

Welcome to your summer of unbecoming. Welcome home to yourself.
