✦ StarCozi and solitude: 042

Solitude is not loneliness.
It is where you go to remember who you are
when no one is watching.
The world pathologizes a woman who needs to be alone. It calls her antisocial, withdrawn, difficult. But solitude is where the deep woman does her most important work - not productive work, not output, not content. The work of simply being with herself. Hearing her own thoughts without interruption. Feeling the edges of who she actually is beneath all the roles she carries. Living StarCozi means protecting that silence like it is sacred. Because it is.
Not isolation.
Not absence.
Solitude as the deepest form of presence you can offer yourself.
