Find your freedom: Don’t fit in

A life of freedom is void of borders and boundaries. These barriers have a way of building up over time and can increase if we don’t check in with our thoughts. How can we dismantle these thoughts? A good starting place is to write about what has replaced your identity you once knew as a child. Is it your job, career, role, family, relationships, motherhood, or any other obligations? Perhaps it’s all of these activities and roles. Perhaps you have difficulty saying no. Perhaps you feel a societal pull to fit in.

Fitting in

  • Freedom doesn’t ask us to fit in.

  • Fitting in is about changing who you are.

  • Freedom is about changing your essence. It demands to simply be.
