Is it hermit or eremit?

Eremition
(eh-ruh-MIH-shun)
(n.) The act of gradually fading from the lives of others, not out of malice but a desire for solitude or renewal.
Synonyms: anchoritic / eremitical / hermitic / hermitical / unworldly. Not concerned with the temporal world or swayed by mundane considerations.
Eremition isn’t a word you’re likely to hear in your day to day conversation. And, it’s so new that spellcheck doesn’t recognize it. But, it encapsulates much of what the StarCozi lifestyle is all about. It sounds better than saying you’re a hermit and emphasizes restoration and renewal that we often focus on at the start of each new year. It’s not that we don’t love and care for family and friends, but sometimes we need to do so from afar.
Right now, Eremition feels like the perfect vibe for me.
